Business Summary: Donegal Group Inc. (DGI) is an insurance holding company. The Company’s subsidiaries include Atlantic States Insurance Company (Atlantic States), Southern Insurance Company of Virginia (Southern), The Peninsula Insurance Company and Peninsula Indemnity Company (Peninsula), and Michigan Insurance Company.
