Revenues reflect EMEA segment decrease of 4% to EUR3.11B, North America segment decrease of 4% to EUR2.45B. Net income also reflects Foreign currency exchange gains decrease of 64% to EUR247M (income), Personnel costs increase of 8% to EUR948M (expense).
