Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2024, TriMas Corp revenues increased 4% to $467.6M. Net income increased 1% to $16.1M. Revenues reflect Aerospace segment increase of 32% to $145.1M, Packaging segment increase of 11% to $259M. Net income was partially offset by Specialty Products segment income decrease of 85% to $3.2M. Dividend per share remained flat at $0.08. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items increased from $0.38 to $0.39.
