Business Summary: Torpol SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the construction and engineering industry. The Company offers services in the construction and modernization of railway stations, tracks and lines, including implementation of tracks works within the scope of roadbed, track layout and associated works; construction of the overhead catenary system, power supply, train traffic and control systems; road and civil engineering structures. Revenues reflect Railways segment increase of 48% to PLN437.9M. Net income was offset by Interest Income - Non Bank decrease of 32% to PLN9.7M (income), Reported Other Operating Expense increase from PLN588K to PLN3M (expense). Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from PLN1.66 to PLN1.13.
