Prague stock market closed higher led by CEZ and banks. CEZ did not break CZK level despite positive news about OMV/Verbund merger. Zentiva reached in the morning CZK 1,260 but sank to CZK 1.227 in the afternoon on the back of heavy profit taking. We saw also sell offs on Hungarian pharmas. Komercni banka finished above CZK 3,600 the second day in row, when active were foreign buyers. Tabak was the main loser after ING’s downgrade to Sell. Cesky Telecom followed peers in region and lost about 0.5%. CEZ and Zentiva were the best traded titles.
