Business Summary: UNIQA Insurance Group AG is an Austria-based holding company and is engaged in providing products and services in property and casualty insurance, life insurance and health insurance. The Company operates in three segments: UNIQA Austria, UNIQA International and Reinsurance. The segment UNIQA Austria includes the Austrian insurance business. The UNIQA International segment has all international primary insurance companies and international service companies as well as investment management companies and pension funds. Net income benefited from Group Function segment income increase from EUR53M to EUR119.6M, Cost Ratio - Uniqa Austria decrease of 8% to 24.9%.
